Because of a firewall, proxy setting or other reason, I am unable to access the Download Center to get evaluation copies. What can I do?
When there are issues downloading our software, it is most often because of settings on a firewall or proxy either on the end user's network or on an ISP's network. Also, we have found that end users specifically from United Kingdom ISPs also experience this more frequently.
Here are some remedies:
1) If you believe a firewall may be preventing your use of ASP within our Download Center (this is usually characterized by an unusually long wait after submitting your contact information), we can provide direct links to our software. Please email us at support@doriansoft.com.
2) If you believe a proxy setting or a limit on file download sizes is causing your difficulty (usually characterized by an error message once you proceed to the download links page), we can provide you with FTP access to our software. Just email us at support@doriansoft.com.
