On January 26, 2010 Ipswitch's network management division, makers of WhatsUp Gold and innovative network management solutions, announced it has acquired Dorian Software Creations, Inc., the leader in providing complete, easy-to-use solutions for Windows Security Event Management (SEM) and Log Management for small businesses and enterprise-level organizations.

What are the main Dorian products?
Dorian's Total Event Log Management suite consists of four core products: Event Archiver, Event Analyst, Event Alarm and Event Rover.

Can I evaluate and purchase Dorian Software from Ipswitch today?
Not currently. You can still evaluate and purchase any of the Dorian products on the Dorian website.

Will Dorian products be available through Ipswitch's channel sales?
We currently do not sell this product through Ipswitch's distribution channel but plan to make it available on March 16, 2010.

What if I'm currently evaluating Dorian software titles?
No problem. Continue to evaluate and use the resources via Dorian's web site at http://www.doriansoft.com. Dorian and Ipswitch have started working together to integrate the web fulfillment systems over the next few months. We will give you sufficient advance notice when this is complete, but meanwhile, expect the same easy access to Dorian solutions as you do today.

I'm an existing Dorian customer. Is there anything I need to do right now?
No. You can continue to use the software and call on the resources at Dorian's web site as usual. We will notify you of any changes in the location of online resources in due course. We are taking sufficient care that we continue to serve you with the focus and dedication that we have in the past and aim to transition to the new and improved online resources at an appropriate time with minimal to no disruption.

Will there by any changes to contact information or web site resources for sales and service?
All transitions of contact information and web links will be gradual. Dorian's web sites will reflect accurate contact information and web links will forward as necessary while our operations transition.
